Scott Solomon has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pan-Am Equities, Inc. since 1995 and has been with Roe Co, LLC since its inception. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.S. 1986) and a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law (J.D. 1989). Additionally, he is a member of the New York Bar and the New Jersey Bar. Scott sits on the Board of Governors and the Owners and Builders Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York, as well as the executive committee of the Board of Directors of the Community Housing and Improvement Program. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, his expertise encompasses the acquisition, development, construction, management, and financing of commercial properties (office, retail, and industrial), residential properties (multi-housing, luxury condominiums), and land.
