Ms. Gutherz has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to Blue Light, Sydney spent 7 years as a Senior Graphic Designer at JLL Capital Markets in their New Jersey office, where she played a pivotal role in supporting the Investment Sales Advisory Team. In this role, Sydney was responsible for the creation and execution of high-impact marketing collateral, as well as the management of comprehensive deal marketing campaigns that supported the successful engagement and sale of commercial properties. With a strong background in both design and real estate marketing, Sydney brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, market insight and industry knowledge to every project. Her work has consistently enhanced brand presence and contributed to effective communication of complex investment opportunities. Sydney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from Rider University..
